In the last few lessons we watched two documentaries, Louis Theroux 'Behind Bars' and 'A Very British Gangster'. Both documentaries are about crime, 'Behind Bars' is about criminals in prison and 'A Very British Gangster' is about crime within a culture on the outside world.
The purpose of watching the documentaries was to see how proper documentaries use the codes and conventions that we learnt in the previous lesson.
We also looked at music videos, game adverts and a short film, this is so we could look at all the options we had to help us choose what one we would want to do as our coursework.
